Very rundown and ghetto looking. Old trailers line the way. I don't know how people live there.
Could be a nice area. If they get trouble out of there. I live here back in 05. It was nice. Until new property owner took over. Now it sucks. They are over priced on there homes. And not worth half of what they asking for. If you wanted to live here good luck no one is at the office. Hardly maybe once every three months. Worthless property owners. I knowing someone that lives there now. The person that owns the trailer. Has the leaves under somebody else's name. And never change the lease over to the person that I know that lives there now. I will say its a shady place to live. Stay away grom this place.

I have been a permanent resident of the Summerhaven Rv Park located off 80 in Forney Texas for 4 years now. DO NOT MOVE YOUR TRAILER IN HERE! DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM THIS PLACE! Aside from dead and dying branches falling out of trees and damaging property, Underground sewage backing up and flooding, water fittings busting, trailer fires caused by their workers bad wiring; 22 FAMILIES HAVE BEEN OUT OF POWER IN MID JUNE FOR 2 1/2 DAYS!!! The onsite manager refuses to answer the phone/return calls and you can't reach anyone at corporate! Save yourself the stress and stay away!
