Nice place to stay, very quiet.
Fair prices for the area, 3 nice ponds, some full-timers no wifi, clean drives but a little old in appearance
The view is fabulous. The lake is well groomed and the surrounding area is very clean. This is an Army core of Engineers facility and as typical with those folks they pride themselves on the condition of their properties. They police their RV park, so there is only high quality neighbors. But the best part is the cost is low. They are always amongst the lowest cost for any in the area, but if you are over 62, you can get a golden age pass which lowers your cost by half. Go on line and find out where you get your golden age pass. The bargain is that the pass is only $10 and usable over and over. Hey get paid for getting older.
Quiet place except for little Interstate Noise. Pet Friendly Place. Lots have enough room to have 2 vehicles next to Trailer. Reasonable Rates for Workers Travelling with Jobs.
The owner Jeff is very rude and unprofessional. Had a problem with the electrical hookup. He was always very rude every time I called about it and it took over a week to fix. My kid had her sister in law staying temporary with her. He didn't like that. So he kicked her out and kept her money for absolutely no reason. If you have small kids or elderly people this is not the place for you. There is 4 ponds where the banks go down at a angle that are not fenced in or guarded. Very old ghetto trailers everywhere with junk piled underneath them. Code enforcement is being call for the little kid's safety living there now and for illegal wiring. Very unsafe place to stay even for one day if you have little ones. I have built million dollar commercial properties. This one is the worst. Its too bad I cant give zero stars.
