This is a major lie on an employees part and shows lack of care and laziness. I'm sitting at my desk with the blinds open and NO ONE ever showed up!
The mail carrier can’t take 2 extra seconds and close my mailbox. If I could zero star this review I would. My mail has gotten wet and funny thing about it, every mail box on the street is closed except ours. Anyone know a number to call and complain?
As far as customer service here, forget it. Called because I sent out a certified letter on Nov 13, wasn't delivered because no one accepted it. Scheduled redeliver for 16 Nov , go to USPS tracking and it shows November 15, 2017
FORNEY, TX 75126 no movement, I call and get a runaround that it was sent back out, Really?, if so, then why no movement in your tracking system? So the person I talked to says: It went out but nobody was home, How do you know that, I haven't given you my name or tracking number, her reply: well it must be still here! Do you want us to deliver it today? Are you kidding me,?? Yes I want it redelivered 2 weeks ago. Now I know why the USPS is a disorganized organization and in the Red.....
You better hope that none of your Amazon packages are shipped via USPS! You will not get those. I purchase a lot of online products and never have problems with UPS or Fedex. However, USPS (on the rare occasion that amazon uses them), has more than once leaves my packages at other homes and/or loses them altogether. Occasionally a nice neighbor will get my package to me. Mail is frequently in wrong mailboxes. This location knows they have issues but evidently chose to do nothing to rectify them.
Mail delivery time is about as dependable as the weather. Not even sure if they came by today..5 pm and my outgoing mail is still in the box. And don't EVEN get me started on the poor attunes and lack of courtesy in the office...
I was expecting a delivery and the tracking number told me that it would be delivered on Saturday so I made a point to be at my office from 7am until whenever to make sure that I did not miss the delivery. I checked the tracking throughout the day and then finally at 4:15 I checked the tracking again looking for another update only to find a comment at 4:04 pm stating " Customer not available or business closed - Please contact local Post Office to pick up or reschedule delivery"
